Follow the steps given below to Apply Online for NEET 2024:

Step 1: Registration Form:

  • Begin by registering for the Online Application Form. During registration, you’ll receive a system-generated Application Number.
  • Fill in all required details accurately.
  • Create a PASSWORD and select a Security Question, providing an answer to it.
  • Upon successful submission of personal details, you’ll receive an Application number. This number is crucial for completing subsequent steps of the Application Form and for future reference or correspondence.
  • For future logins, you can directly access the system using the Application Number and Password you created.

Step 2: Application Form:

  • Log in using the system-generated Application Number and the Password you’ve already created.
  • Complete the Application Form by providing personal details, selecting the Question Paper medium, choosing Examination Cities, entering Educational Qualification details, and uploading any required images or documents.
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete before final submission.

Documents required for NEET 2024 Application Form:

Upload Scanned Images of the Candidate’s recent Passport size Photograph, Postcard size Photograph, Signature, Left and Right-hand Fingers, Thumb impression, Citizenship Certificate (if applicable), and PwBD Certificate (wherever applicable).

  • The recent photograph should show 80% of the face (without a mask) with ears visible against a white background, in either color or black and white.
  • Scanned photograph, signature, and Left and Right-hand Fingers and Thumb impression should be in JPG format and legible.
  • The size of the scanned passport photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb and legible.
  • The size of the scanned Postcard photograph (4” x 6”) should be between 10 kb – 200 kb and legible.
  • The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb and legible.
  • The size of scanned Left and Right-hand Fingers and Thumb impressions as per the Template provided (Appendix-XVIII) should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
  • The size of the scanned copy of the PwBD certificate/UDID (Swavlamban) card should be between 50 kb to 300 kb and legible.

Please review your photograph and signature before submitting the Application Form. If they are blurred or not visible enough to identify the candidate’s identity, the application will be rejected, and no correction or revision will be permitted.

NEET 2024 Syllabus:

The NMC (National Medical Commission) has issued the syllabus for NEET (UG) – 2024. The Question Paper will adhere to the provided syllabus (Appendix-IV), accessible on the NMC website at https://www.nmc.org.in/neet/neet-ug/. Additionally, to accommodate the reduction in syllabus implemented by various School Education Boards, NTA has decided to offer choices in Section “B” for each of the four subjects.

NEET 2024 Exam Pattern:

The NEET (UG) – 2024 test pattern includes four subjects, each divided into two sections. Section A will contain 35 questions, while Section B will consist of 15 questions. Candidates will have the flexibility to attempt any 10 questions out of the 15 in Section B. Eligibility to fill NEET 2024 Application Form

Here are the eligibility criteria for appearing in NEET (UG), as per the regulations of NMC and DCI:

  • Candidates must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will reach the age of 17 on or before 31 December of the year they are seeking admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course. The lower age limits are as follows:
    • For Candidates of General (UR)/General-EWS: Born on or before 31.12.2007
    • For Candidates of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Category
  • There is no upper age limit for candidates, as per the letter dated 09 March 2022 received from the National Medical Commission (NMC), Under Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB).
