The MVPP, an initiative by the Delhi Government, aims to encourage a passion for science among students by offering one-time financial assistance of ₹5000/- and a Certificate of Appreciation to the top 1,000 students. Eligibility Criteria:
• Resident: Must be a resident of Delhi studying in Class 9
• Academic Requirements:
o General/OBC/EWS: 60% in Class 8
o SC/ST/PH: 55% in Class 8
• Documents Required:
o Resident Proof of Delhi
o Passport Size Photo
o Aadhar Card
o Class 8th Marksheet
o Caste Certificate (if applicable)
o Student Identity Card
o Bank Account Details
Exam Pattern:
• Mental Ability Test (MAT): 100 Questions | 100 Marks | 100 Minutes
• Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT): 100 Questions | 100 Marks | 100 Minutes
• Passing Criteria:
o SC/ST/PH Students: 32% in each paper
o General/OBC/EWS Students: 40% in each paper

• Eligible Schools: Government and Aided Schools, Recognized Private Schools, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, NDMC, and DCB Schools.
How to Apply:
- Contact Your School: Eligible students should contact their school for application.
- School Registration: The Head of School will upload the list of eligible students on the Delhi Education Department Portal.
- Admit Card: The Science Department will issue roll numbers and admit cards, which the Head of School will distribute to students.
Note: The examination date and venue will be mentioned on the admit card.
